WHAT IS COUNSELLING?

Counselling involves talking to a trained therapist who helps you to explore your mental health and emotional issues to enact the change you’d like

Counselling is a weekly opportunity to talk about your life in a safe and non-judgemental space.  Because humans are social animals, we seek connection with others.  Talking with a trained professional provides that connection that we seek when we want to enact change in our lives and are feeling stuck as to how to do that on our own.

My particular areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, OCD, bereavement, loss and relationship issues. Click the link below for more about how I work.

As the therapy progresses, I will work with you to achieve the change that you want in your life.

I have experience in working with grief and loss, anxiety, identity, abuse, depression and relationship issues, amongst others.
